Monitor and coordinate project activities from the completion of construction through Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and final Project Handover, ensuring compliance with budget, operational requirements, and project schedule.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning schedules and site activities
- Review Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Procedures to ensure compliance with industrial standards and safe work practices
- Support preparation of Operating Instructions and Log Sheets based on operating manuals and project requirements
- Coordinate and supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning personnel and related site activities
- Ensure any design modifications or changes are practical, cost-effective, and meet safety and operational requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
- Participate in inspection of equipment and materials during installation and prior to final handover
- Witness and verify pre-commissioning and commissioning inspections and test results
- Support implementation and monitoring of the Work Permit System
- Coordinate site readiness and preparation activities for commissioning works
- Assist in preparing periodic project reports, updates, and presentations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of process plant pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with plant operation systems such as DCS, PLC, and Plant Information Systems
