Process Analyst Human Resource Operations - EDM

Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare employment, verification, and other HR-related letters and correspondence.
• Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow under senior team guidance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and complete requests within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data queries.
• Support process improvement, documentation, compensation administration, and internal business controls.
• Follow client standards, HR policies, and applicable regulations when responding to employee queries.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-2 years of employee data management experience at an international IT or IT-enabled services company.
• Proficiency in employee data management processes, excluding recruitment.
• Ability to resolve difficult customer service issues and troubleshoot process changes.
• Ability to collaborate with internal customers and external suppliers on process improvements.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-directed, ambitious, target-oriented, and able to analyze complex data.
