Process Analyst Human Resource Operations - EDM

Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow under senior team guidance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and data quality.
• Track assigned requests and complete them within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data queries.
• Support process improvement and documentation activities.
• Address queries related to compensation administration and processes.
• Provide data to the internal business controls team.
• Follow client standards, HR policies, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–2 years of EDM experience at an international IT or ITES company.
• Proficiency in EDM processes excluding Recruitment.
• Ability to communicate and resolve difficult customer service issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement process changes.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-directed and ambitious approach to work.
• Ability to meet targets effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex data with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
