Role overview
UPTURN Technical Services Contracting LLC is a Dubai contractor delivering epoxy and PU flooring and tank lining projects across the UAE.
The role combines PRO paperwork and workforce sourcing.
What you’ll do
- Handle government transactions, including visas, work permits, Emirates ID, medicals, insurance, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage company licenses and establishment cards with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and DED.
- Track expiry dates and ensure nothing is late.
- Source workers through licensed recruitment agencies and labour supply companies.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE; construction or contracting experience is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP portals.
- An existing network with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers is a strong plus.
- Organized, reliable, and a strong negotiator.
- English.
