Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Project PRO** to support the **TI CP & TI STG Department** for ongoing industrial and project operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all government-related documentation and approvals for TI CP & TI STG project personnel.
- Process employment visas, QIDs, labor contracts, medical appointments, and residency permits.
- Coordinate with Immigration, Ministry of Labour, MOI, and other government authorities.
- Manage workforce mobilization, gate passes, site access permits, and project onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate documentation for project manpower assigned to TI CP & TI STG activities.
- Ensure compliance with project and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and document tracking.
- Liaise between project management, HR, administration, clients, and government departments.
- Support manpower deployment, transfers, and demobilization activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in Qatar.
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, oil & gas, shutdown, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, Immigration procedures, and government regulations.
- Experience handling large-scale workforce documentation and mobilization.
- Proficiency in Metrash and other government portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (**Mandatory**).
- Arabic language (**Mandatory**).
