Job Title: Pro Sales Executive – Curtains & Blinds
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Pro Sales Executive** with strong UAE market experience in **Curtains, Blinds, Fit-Out, and Interior Solutions**.
The ideal candidate must be a confident sales professional who can independently generate leads, build client relationships, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
- Promote and sell curtain, blinds, and interior fit-out solutions to residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals successfully.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in Curtains & Blinds / Fit-Out / Interior Sales.
- Valid **UAE Driving License** is mandatory.
- Proven ability to generate own leads and close deals independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional personality with excellent client-handling skills.
- Fluent in **English and Hindi** (mandatory).
- Knowledge of UAE market and customer network preferred.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
