Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process labour contracts through MoHRE systems.
- Submit and monitor labour contract approvals and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage work permit issuance and renewal processes through MoHRE.
- Coordinate labour contract submissions with Tawjeeh centres where applicable.
- Handle employment visa applications, status changes, residence permit issuance, and visa stamping processes.
- Monitor application progress, obtain approvals, and ensure timely completion of all immigration requirements.
- Complete insurance-related requirements and process contract renewals through MoHRE.
