We’re hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who are passionate about helping patients recover movement and return to the activities they love. Competitive PRN rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (higher rate for those open to floating)

A supportive team and leadership invested in your success

Provide PRN (as needed) coverage at a single location, or float across multiple clinic locations in Nashville (up to you!)

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans

Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team

Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community

Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs

1-19 hours per week

Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available
