Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with assigned Private Wealth Advisors / Wealth Managers to help them develop, maintain, update, present, and execute comprehensive financial plans for their clients.
- Proactively create and deliver plans for annual client reviews.
- Achieve sales objectives through the financial planning process.
- Find new opportunities to drive additional financial planning for assigned Financial Advisors.
- Help assigned Private Wealth Advisors / Wealth Managers identify opportunities to broaden and deepen relationships with their clients.
- Uncover new opportunities through discovery of unmet client needs.
- Ensure the plans being developed meet our quality standards.
- Apply strong personal tax knowledge to help identify planning considerations and opportunities as part of clients’ broader financial plans.
- Qualifications, Education and Registrations
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CFP preferred (or CFP in progress).
- CPA preferred; candidates with deep personal tax knowledge and experience will also be strongly considered.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of personal financial planning, including the impact of personal tax considerations on a client’s broader wealth strategy
- Work Schedule: Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 40 FLSA: Exempt/Salaried
- Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$117,000.00 plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
