Role Details

• **Location:**

• Mainly online delivery, but with a requirement for occasional in-person tuition sessions.

• Flexible options available (4 or 5 days a week).

• Direct administrative support to the Founder and business operations.
• *Afternoons:*
• Core tuition delivery sessions.
• **Availability:**
• Occasional weekend work may be required (compensated additionally as a bonus).

Key Responsibilities

& Business Administration (Mornings)

• **Founder Support:**
• Work directly alongside our Founder to assist with daily operations, client communications, and scaling the tuition business.
• **Admissions & Placements:**
• Manage and process complex school admission placement paperwork for elite UK and UAE private schools.
• **Curriculum Management:**
• Set pupil work, track academic progress, and manage student learning pathways.
• **Content Creation:**
• While the majority of teaching resources and lessons are provided, you will occasionally create bespoke materials tailored to specific admissions targets.

2. Tuition Delivery (Afternoons)

• Deliver exceptional English/Mathematics/VR &NVR tuition to pupils in the Year 4 to Year 7 age bracket (training on VR/NVR can be provided if required)
• Focus on preparing students for private school entrance exams, building both academic confidence and exam technique.
• Maintain seamless, professional, and engaging digital classrooms across various video conferencing platforms.

Must-Haves (Essential)

• **Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)**

• Must speak English as a first language with exceptional clarity, precision, and an eloquent communication style suitable for interacting with high-net-worth clients and premium school admissions boards.

• Experience preparing students for prep school examinations (e.g., GL Assessment, CAT4).
• Specific experience or understanding of private school admission requirements for 11+ and 13+ entry.

Remuneration & Benefits

• **Starting Salary:**
• Annual salary AED 120,000 for 4 days per week (Final package is dependent on the candidate’s specific experience, regional location, and whether a 4-day or 5-day structure is agreed).
• **Freelance Option (UAE Only):**
• Candidates already based in the UAE who possess their own valid residency visa (e.g., Spouse/Family Sponsorship, Golden Visa, or Freelance/Green Visa) and independent medical insurance can be hired on an independent contractor basis at a higher/premium rate.
• **Full Corporate Sponsorship (UAE):**
• For candidates requiring it, a full UAE employment visa, corporate medical insurance, and statutory end-of-service gratuity are provided in full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• **UK-Based Candidates:**
• Statutory workplace pension and employment protections provided in accordance with UK employment law.
• **Holiday Allowance:**
