Overview
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organised Nanny/Personal Assistant to support a 12-year-old girl within a busy family environment.
This dynamic role is ideal for someone who is proactive, nurturing, discreet, and capable of balancing childcare and personal assistant responsibilities to a high standard.
We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, and solutions-focused individual who remains calm, positive, and professional in all situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care, supervision, and support for a 12-year-old girl
- Assist with homework, school projects, and educational support
- Manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and activities
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, social engagements, and travel arrangements
- Chaperone the child to activities, events, and appointments as required
- Maintain organised bedrooms, wardrobes, school items, and personal belongings
- Prepare for school, activities, and travel requirements
- Support positive routines, structure, and wellbeing
- Travel frequently with the family, both domestically and internationally
- Share accommodation with the child during travel and occasionally at home when requested by the family
- Assist with the care of the child’s small dog, including basic pet care and companionship
- Liaise with household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day organisation
- Provide flexible support in line with the family’s lifestyle and changing schedule
- Handle last-minute changes and requests with a positive, problem-solving approach
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Nanny, Governess, or Personal Assistant role
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Confident providing homework and educational support
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable
- Comfortable with frequent international travel
- Comfortable sharing accommodation with the child when required
- Pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
- Energetic, flexible, and able to work independently
- Valid passport and flexibility to travel as needed
Position Details
- **Roster:** Generally **2 weeks on / 2 weeks off**; however, flexibility is essential as schedules may vary depending on the family's travel commitments and operational needs.
- Live-in during roster periods when travelling or required by the family
- Candidates with extensive travel experience throughout **Europe** and other **Western** countries will be highly regarded
- **Salary:** Starting from **AED 15,000 per month**, with flexibility for exceptional candidates depending on experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
- Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
