Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level insights into private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management to support the development of AI systems.
• Review and analyze case studies, investment memos, and financial models to enhance AI-driven understanding of private equity workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and refine scenario-based content that reflects real-world private equity challenges and decision-making to inform AI training datasets.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial awareness, and industry relevance to ensure the quality of AI-driven insights.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define best practices and standards for interpreting complex financial documents and contribute to the development of robust AI training datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields is required, with a deep understanding of deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and exit strategies.
• Exceptional analytical skills are necessary, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively through written and verbal means.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on clarity and detail, to convey complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A demonstrated track record of thought leadership or expertise within the private equity sector is preferred, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
• Comfort with technology-driven finance solutions and the ability to work in a remote setting with a high degree of autonomy are also required.
