Role Overview
We are hiring a Private Equity Associate to support deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for a global investment firm.
The role involves evaluating high-growth technology and software companies for potential investments.
You will collaborate with senior investment professionals to structure transactions and monitor portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities.
- Perform detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and market risks.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committees and limited partners.
- Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor existing investments, track KPIs, and report performance to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise in private equity or venture capital settings.
- Experience with due diligence processes for technology and software investments.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
