Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Private Equity Associate to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in financial analysis and investment evaluation to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input.

Your domain knowledge in private equity will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform, contributing to advancements across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

This opportunity leverages your existing skills to create meaningful impact in a cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence by analyzing confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation to assess investment viability.
  • Draft, review, and refine investment committee (IC) memos and board decks to ensure clarity and accuracy for executive decision-making.
  • Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents to extract critical insights for thorough investment evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Provide structured feedback to AI systems by translating financial and transactional expertise into actionable training data and evaluation metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance with a strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing confidential deal documents, including CIMs, term sheets, and due diligence reports.
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, and structured investment memos and board materials under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor to evaluate complex financial statements and public filings.
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, transaction processes, and regulatory compliance in investment contexts.
