About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the family, focusing on authentic and healthy South Indian cuisine.
• Create and serve a variety of Asian dishes, including Vietnamese, Thai, and other regional specialties.
• Plan menus in consultation with the family, accommodating dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
• Source, purchase, and manage groceries and kitchen inventory.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
• Prepare meals for family gatherings and occasional guests.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations and proper storage of ingredients.
• Present dishes to a high standard suitable for a luxury private household.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a **Private Chef**, Household Chef, or in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong expertise in **South Indian cuisine** is mandatory.
• Experience preparing **Asian cuisines**, particularly Vietnamese and Thai dishes.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, engaging, and comfortable working closely with family members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
• Previous experience serving UHNW or high-profile families will be highly preferred.
