Private Chef

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Chef to join a prestigious luxury residence in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing exceptional meals tailored to the preferences and dietary requirements of the household while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, discretion, and service.

This role is ideal for a chef with strong international culinary expertise and previous experience working within VVIP, VIP, royal, or high-net-worth family environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the household, guests, and special occasions
• Design diverse and nutritious menus featuring international cuisines
• Accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and special nutritional requirements
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently
• Ensure proper food storage, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times
• Independently manage all kitchen operations, including stock control and procurement
• Coordinate meal schedules according to household routines and events
• Present dishes to a luxury hospitality standard
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all aspects of the role
• Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously introduce new dishes and techniques

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Chef or Household Chef
• Proven expertise in preparing a wide variety of international cuisines
• Previous experience working in VVIP, VIP, royal households, private estates, or luxury residences preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and household requirements
