Duties

• Prepare lunch and dinner six days per week.
• Plan varied, nutritious menus tailored to the family’s preferences.
• Produce modern European, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Source and purchase fresh ingredients.
• Manage kitchen stock, food storage and hygiene standards.
• Accommodate dietary requirements and changing schedules as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-run kitchen.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a private chef or within a high-quality hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthy, balanced and performance-focused cooking.
• Confident preparing a range of European, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.
• Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of meal planning and shopping.
• Professional, discreet and flexible approach.
• Excellent references.

Package

• Salary: €1,400–€2,000 per month
• Ingredients budget provided separately.
