Senior Private Banker – First Private
will be responsible for managing and nurturing high-value customer relationships by delivering comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions.
This role demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction, seamless service delivery, and achieving business targets through personalized financial strategies.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in enhancing the bank’s retail liabilities portfolio and driving growth through both organic and referral-based customer acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships by addressing all banking and wealth management needs.
- Deliver a seamless and personalized banking experience, both in terms of products and interpersonal engagement.
- Drive customer acquisition through natural market outreach, open market activities, and internal referrals via branch and digital networks.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to organizational goals.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Maintain a strong relationship management orientation with the ability to build and sustain effective client relationships.
- Focus on service excellence and timely execution of deliverables.
- Support team development by ensuring adequate staffing and guiding team members toward target achievement.
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline (Full-Time)
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or retail liabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a Total Relationship Value (TRV) of ₹100–150 Cr and Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹70–100 Cr.
