MoneyGold Exchange is a Dubai-based financial services company operating from Kayan Tower, Dubai Marina. With a worldwide reach, MoneyGold delivers a full spectrum of services spanning currency and cryptocurrency exchange, crypto project solutions, and broader financial services for individuals and corporate clients across global markets. We are looking to hire a Private Operations Accountant to join our full-time on-site team and take ownership of the company's day-to-day financial operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing all financial activities, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing of exchange operations. A core part of the role involves handling between 10 to 20 transactions daily, which requires direct communication with clients and business partners to initiate, coordinate, and settle exchanges in a timely and professional manner. The candidate must be comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and maintain all financial operations and accounting records
• Handle 10–20 daily exchange transactions end-to-end, from initiation to settlement
• Communicate directly with clients and partners to initiate and coordinate exchange transactions
• Track, reconcile, and report on daily transactions including crypto exchange operations
• Monitor financial activities and ensure accuracy across all accounts
• Support crypto exchange processes and maintain related financial documentation
• Participate actively in the operations team WhatsApp group for real-time coordination
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience
• Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or digital asset transactions — practical operational knowledge is essential
• Strong client-facing communication skills; comfortable liaising with clients and business partners on a daily basis
• Russian language proficiency required, as a significant portion of client and partner communication is conducted in Russian
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately
• Available for full-time, on-site commitment
