What you will deliver
- Support outcomes-based selling by articulating the company’s privacy posture and AI governance to enterprise prospects.
- Operationalize readiness for the EU AI Act and other emerging global AI regulations and translate requirements into product standards.
- Establish frameworks for transparency, fairness, and human oversight in automated decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams on DPIAs and AI use-case reviews to identify risks early in the software development lifecycle.
- Protect data subjects across the internal workforce and customer data through secure, ethical, compliant governance.
What you will bring
- 4+ years managing global privacy programs, including GDPR and CCPA, in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment, with direct exposure to AI/ML data governance.
- Track record supporting enterprise sales and renewals by translating privacy controls into customer-facing value and trust.
- Understanding of data protection laws and emerging frameworks, including the EU AI Act and automated decision-making legislation.
- Understanding of data flows, cloud infrastructure, and AI models for collaboration with engineering on system design.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders.
- Practical, adaptable problem solving and experience finding scalable solutions to novel compliance challenges.
