About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Print Production Designer** to join our printing press team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of print design, prepress preparation, and printing industry standards.
The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple jobs simultaneously, and prepare accurate print-ready artwork with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify artwork for various printing products.
- Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, crop marks, and CMYK color settings.
- Design and finalize business cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, stickers, banners, roll-ups, signboards, letterheads, envelopes, and other marketing materials.
- Check customer-supplied artwork and correct formatting, resolution, font, and printing issues.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth and accurate output.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure quality and consistency in all designs and print files.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a printing press, digital printing company, or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of CMYK color management, bleed, crop marks, image resolution, and print production processes.
- Experience preparing files for digital and offset printing.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-format printing and signage artwork.
- Knowledge of UAE market printing standards.
- Ability to handle urgent customer requirements and revisions quickly.
