Role overview
Join the people services team to develop workforce intelligence and support decision-making through data and systems improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Turn workforce data from varied systems into clear insights, trends, and compelling narratives.
- Challenge existing approaches, develop smarter ways of working, and improve data quality and systems integration.
- Work with IT, Data, Finance, Transformation, and other teams.
- Manage workforce reporting for the Board, Committees, and Groups, and prepare national workforce data returns.
- Maintain workforce information systems and take action to improve data accuracy.
- Lead and develop the workforce data and systems team; manage recruitment, appraisal, discipline, performance, and absence as required.
Knowledge and experience
- Highly developed specialist theoretical knowledge and practical experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Ability to analyse complex, sensitive, contentious, conflicting, or incomplete datasets using creative approaches without established precedent.
Systems used
- Systems include Access HR, ESR, OLM, EASY Pay, Trac, and e-rostering.
