Role overview

What you will do

• Build and maintain buyer-focused demos, record demo videos, lead technical workshops and webinars, and explain Grafana's differentiated approach.
• Use AI tools to create variations, summaries and reusable content assets.
• Serve as a technical liaison to Solutions Engineering and develop messaging, enablement assets, competitive narratives and demo guidance.
• Partner with Product Marketers on buyer personas, problems, technical messaging and content strategy.
• Share technical narratives through analyst briefings, industry forums, podcasts, conferences and online communities.
• Work with software engineers on demo and content automation using workflows, agents, scripts and AI-driven tools.

What makes a strong candidate

• At least five years in a technical role, such as solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical product marketing or similar.
• Technical fluency, demo-building ability and clear communication of complex systems are sought.
