Role overview

Intercompany Hub support

• Assist with configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Intercompany Create, Balance & Resolve, and Net & Settle.
• Support templates, rules, workflows, and dispute handling; troubleshoot transaction mismatches and workflow issues.
• Partner with global teams to ensure accurate and timely intercompany activity.

Administration and projects

• Provide end-user support and help with training and best-practice adoption across Intercompany, Journals, and Account Reconciliation.
• Maintain users, roles, permissions, certification workflows, configurations, data integrations, schedules, data quality checks, and process documentation.
• Participate in deployments, testing, training materials, and change-management communications for capabilities and enhancements.

Required qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, or MBA, with 6+ years of overall experience including 3+ years administering BlackLine Intercompany Hub.
• Working knowledge of financial close activities, including intercompany, journal entries, and reconciliations; experience supporting system enhancement projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work UK hours.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with BlackLine Matching, Journals, or Account Reconciliations; familiarity with Studio 360 configuration concepts.
• Understanding of SAP data structures and integration points; prior experience with global teams or shared service environments.
