Opportunity

What you'll do

• Define backend .NET architecture vision and multi-year strategy, including migration of legacy monoliths to cloud-native microservices.
• Provide technical leadership on critical projects and influence company-wide technical and business direction.
• Set best practices for REST and GraphQL APIs, microservice orchestration, data transport, and monitoring.
• Evaluate technologies in distributed computing, asynchronous messaging, and AI/ML platform tooling.
• Coordinate across engineering and product teams to deliver complex backend services on schedule.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor Senior and Lead engineers.

What you will bring

• 15+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-grade B2B SaaS, including leadership and architecture.
• Deep C# and modern .NET expertise, including .NET 8/10.
• Experience designing and scaling API-driven services and event-driven microservices.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, and high-throughput transaction processing.
• Expertise in SQL Server, NoSQL, relational databases, query optimization, and large-scale data processing.
• Ability to lead across functions without formal authority and influence senior technical decisions.
• Track record of solving ambiguous business problems with resilient technical solutions.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
