The AI Platform team builds a compliant, standardized, secure, and user-friendly agent ecosystem for AI features in investment operations.
Current work includes preparing Agent Orchestrator and SimCorp One Neo for production, publishing the Agent Development Stack, and advancing evaluation, trust, safety, guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration.

The AI Platform team builds a compliant, standardized, secure, and user-friendly agent ecosystem for AI features in investment operations.
Current work includes preparing Agent Orchestrator and SimCorp One Neo for production, publishing the Agent Development Stack, and advancing evaluation, trust, safety, guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of high-impact software and AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
- Collaborate across product, QA, architecture, security, and engineering teams.
- Improve software architecture and implementation for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Resolve complex technical issues and support production delivery.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and methods as technologies evolve.
- Contribute to technical documentation and product backlog alignment.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards.
Experience and technical qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience.
- 5+ years designing and implementing generative and predictive AI solutions.
- Practical understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
- Proficiency with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong English verbal and communication skills.
Work arrangement
- The global hybrid work policy asks employees to work two days per week from the office; remote work is available on other days.
