Principal Program Manager reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Senior individual contributor role focused on growth, operational performance, strategic initiatives, and enterprise value.

Possible hybrid locations are Reading, United Kingdom; Portsmouth, New Hampshire; and Šenčur, Slovenia.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

United Kingdom annual base salary range is £60,000 to £85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
United States annual base salary range is USD $120,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Identify value-creation levers including revenue growth, cost optimisation, efficiency, retention, and innovation.
Lead complex cross-functional programmes and projects to time, budget, and quality standards.
Translate enterprise strategy into objectives, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
Lead business application transformation initiatives and scalable operating model improvements.
Assess application landscapes, capability gaps, target-state requirements, and executable roadmaps with business and technology leaders.
Align process, data, systems, and organisational change workstreams.
Develop PMO tools, templates, governance, and delivery standards.
Manage strategic initiatives and resolve risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions.
Track objectives, key results, and performance measures and provide recurring executive updates.
Collaborate with executive management, business units, customers, partners, and vendors.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, programme management, or project management.
Track record leading complex, cross-functional, high-value programmes and projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Proficiency with programme management tools, methodologies, governance, and executive reporting.
Experience in enterprise systems transformation, business application modernisation, ERP, CRM, CPQ, or similar platforms.
Understanding of business processes, data governance, reporting, controls, user adoption, and change management.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Salesforce experience and M&A due diligence or integration experience are advantageous.
Occasional travel may be required.
