Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional efforts to remove blockers affecting AI and data center capacity delivery.
- Rapidly assess ambiguous problems; identify root causes, dependencies, risks, and owners.
- Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, Network, Hardware, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to drive resolution.
- Build clear recovery plans with actions, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Track delivery-critical dependencies across capacity, hardware, power, networking, construction, logistics, and readiness.
- Run focused war rooms and executive reviews; ensure decisions, escalations, and follow-up actions are captured and completed.
- Communicate concise status updates that highlight impact, progress, risks, decisions required, and next steps.
- Turn recurring issues into scalable playbooks, operating mechanisms, and preventive actions.
- Drive accountability without direct authority in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
