Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support program cost control and forecasting.
• Review program invoicing for accuracy and completeness; coordinate IWO relationships between the program and other sectors.
• Contribute to monthly rolling forecast updates and submit SAPFast updates for new customer modifications.
• Support miscellaneous program efforts as applicable.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, master’s degree plus 3 years, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong computer skills and high-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Experience with SAP; must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite.

Preferred qualifications

• Program cost control experience and experience setting up or managing IWOs.
• Experience with NGFP/COGNOS, the NGDS SAPFast process, or PLSC.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and/or EVMS software such as Cobra; defense industry experience.
• An active DoD Secret security clearance.

Compensation

• Listed primary-level salary range is $81,400 to $141,200 per year.
• Additional overtime, shift differential, or discretionary bonus may apply depending on the position.

Workplace and travel

• Must work onsite.
• Travel is listed as 10% of the time.
• Relocation assistance is not available.
