Own product strategy and execution for an AI-native communication platform spanning AI Voice Agent, AI Conversation Intelligence, and future products.
This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role involving strategy, customer work, technical decisions, and product execution.
What you will do
- Own the AI portfolio product strategy and roadmap.
- Turn customer conversations, call reviews, rollouts, and discovery sessions into product decisions.
- Partner on architecture, model selection, evaluation frameworks, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.
- Set quality standards for accuracy, latency, hallucination, and customer trust.
- Lead AI product go-to-market work across pricing, packaging, positioning, and enablement.
What they are looking for
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or platform products.
- Experience owning complex, customer-facing products end to end and shipping AI-powered products at scale.
- Technical fluency across model selection, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks, prompting, and latency tradeoffs.
- Hands-on product behavior, deep customer empathy, operational rigor, and comfort with ambiguity.
Helpful experience
- Background in CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, sales engagement, or conversation intelligence.
- Experience transitioning legacy SaaS platforms to AI-native products.
- Founder-like experience operating lean and owning outcomes.
- Experience shipping voice or telephony products, including latency, turn-taking, multilingual handling, and real-time orchestration.
