Education and experience

• MSc or PhD in a relevant engineering field
• 10+ years of industry experience in optics, lasers, and opto-mechanical or related domains

• Align interfaces to enable reliable design, integration, and validation
• Engineering Development
• Applies expertise in precision motion, optics, laser physics, and tolerancing
• Develop solutions that meet performance, cost, and schedule targets
• Drive sound trade-offs and resolve complex technical challenges
• Integration, Verification & Validation
• Plan and execute validation activities to ensure release readiness
• Support system integration through strong coordination and traceability
• Delivers solutions from prototype to high-volume manufacturing

• $177,000-265,500
• Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
