Principal II, IT Business Systems Analysis (T)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with product owners and subject matter experts.
• Provide Salesforce.com business process expertise and guidance on functionality and requirements.
• Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements and integrate effectively with other systems.
• Lead UX/UI design and create intuitive user interfaces.
• Develop and configure system specifications aligned with architecture standards.
• Ensure software compliance standards are met.
• Evaluate system interfaces and operational requirements.
• Document system parameters, formats, requirements, process flows, specifications, and design mockups.
• Improve processes and service delivery through optimization and best practices.
• Liaise between development teams and business product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of total experience and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as an IT business systems analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong Agile methodology knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Extensive Salesforce.com development, customization, system specification, and integration experience.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design, business analysis techniques, process mapping, use case development, and requirements elicitation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, the software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Figma experience is preferred but not required.
• SQL, Power BI, industry-specific systems, change management, and training experience are preferred.

Work Hours

• Work hours are 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
