Qualifications
- BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute. M.E. / M. Tech would be desirable.
- Must possess 7 to 12+ years hands-on design experience including the design of foundations, reinforced concrete / Steel structures.
- Must have a sound technical understanding of structures and experience of designing concrete / Steel structures , including both substructure and superstructure. Experience with the European design code (Euro code)/ American Codes is required.
- Candidates having experience in working with Multinational Companies / overseas will be preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination is a plus.
- Should be able to provide design and detailing inputs to technicians for developing REVIT Models and drawings.
- Proficiency in ETABS/ SAFE/SAP2000/ STAAD. Knowledge of any other software like RAMConcept/ S-concrete would be preferred.
- Should understand various stages of project deliveries.
- Primarily ability to handle projects in India, like data center / mission-critical projects & High rise.
