Qualifications

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience developing electronic power conversion products.
  • Established success designing switch-mode power supplies and bringing designs through development and production.
  • Strong technical knowledge used in switch-mode power supply design.
  • Experience with high-frequency magnetic component design and debugging EMC issues.
  • Ability to design advanced power products with minimal supervision and provide sound technical leadership.
  • Experience designing testability, manufacturability, performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Strong customer, stakeholder, and technical communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, manage competing priorities, and solve problems quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Hackettstown, NJ.
  • Experience designing microcontroller-based reporting and control for power electronics.
  • Experience with agency compliance requirements such as UL, CSA, VDE, and CE.
  • Familiarity with established product-development tools, processes, and product life-cycle management.
  • Semiconductor capital equipment or another fast-paced, technically demanding market background.

  • SALARY RANGE
  • $170,000-$175,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and business considerations.
