Position summary

What you'll do

• Partner with operational stakeholders to understand problems, opportunities, and work processes.
• Frame ambiguous problems as clear analytical questions; quantify opportunities and test hypotheses.
• Challenge assumptions, identify patterns and root causes, and develop recommendations business partners can act on.
• Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of operational changes without relying on positional authority.
• Use AI and modern analytical tools to accelerate analysis and automation; validate AI-generated outputs before decision-making.

Compensation and benefits

• Annual salary range is $90,000–$180,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses; some positions may include stock.
