Responsibilities
- Build and ship Dynamics 365 solutions and custom components, including services, APIs, and integrations.
- Lead CRM project delivery, testing, deployment, CI/CD, code review, and engineering standards.
- Coach colleagues, manage technical debt, and contribute reusable patterns and documentation.
- Apply CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot where appropriate and define quality and operational readiness with QA.
