Principal Cloud Platform Architect in Global Technology, Enterprise Platforms and Practices, working in the Enterprise Cloud Architecture team.

Architecture and delivery
- Design and develop scalable, secure cloud architectures based on industry practices.
- Translate business requirements into cloud solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Build reusable architecture patterns that accelerate the cloud-first strategy.
- Design solutions from conception through production with engineering user experience in mind.
- Work with the DevOps CI/CD Toolchain team to incorporate cloud requirements.
Security, governance and improvement
- Evaluate cloud infrastructure and recommend performance, scalability and security improvements.
- Define cloud security policies, assess security posture and risks, and implement remediation solutions.
- Manage cloud governance standards and cloud service lifecycles.
- Evaluate cloud services against business needs and industry standards.
- Keep current with cloud technology developments and recommend relevant adoption.
Technical leadership
- Guide development teams in implementing and deploying cloud applications and services.
- Understand the engineering community's needs and ensure solutions address them.
- Document cloud architectures, processes and procedures.
Required experience and focus
- Experience architecting, engineering and implementing cloud solutions on Azure and AWS.
- Strong focus on core cloud platforms, infrastructure and security.
