- All About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or global equivalent) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
- 15+ years professional experience; 10+ years working in L&A and Group insurance with other software packages. Experience of working in insurance operations is an added advantage
- Blend of business and technical understanding of core, data and digital cloud-based enterprise system for L&A and Group insurance
- Well versed with insurance technology vendor marketplace and key product and technology trends as well as competitive advancements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and information in influential ways through storytelling
- Ability to forge relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Highly analytical and data driven mindset to plan and track performance of roadmap execution and effectiveness of the delivery.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
- Leverage empowerment to explore new beyond specific assignments for improving overall value proposition of responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Banking & Finance; Master’s degree a plus
- Experience with SAFe Agile Development practices and processes. SAFe Practitioner certification preferred.
- Experience with the Majesco Platforms/Products is a plus.
- Preferred Experience in configuration of banking or financial services products.
- Actuarial qualification will be preferred
- Extensive experience in creating complex excel workbooks, writing macros, or working in programming languages is a plus
