• Significant experience within Building Control and a strong understanding of Building Regulations and associated construction standards. The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders. Experience building collaborative relationships with clients, contractors and construction professionals. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A collaborative approach with a passion for supporting colleagues and maintaining high technical standards. Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications. What You'll Need A professional qualification such as MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB , or an equivalent recognised qualification. Registered Building Inspector status (or actively working towards Class 2F Registered Building Inspector ). A full UK driving licence. The ability to undertake site visits as required.
