As a Senior Professional, Architect, you will lead and oversee architectural projects.
Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative and sustainable designs for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative design solutions, considering functional and aesthetic aspects.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate architectural designs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, maintaining cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Valid MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven experience in leading stadium, building, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable architectural designs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
