Role Description
We are seeking experienced Principal and Vice Principal candidates for full-time, on-site roles located in Dubai.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing comprehensive educational practices, managing staff effectively, and ensuring that academic standards and school policies align with the overall vision.
Candidates will oversee student progress, facilitate teacher professional development, and maintain positive relationships with parents and the school community.
Additionally, the role involves administrative duties such as budgeting, strategic planning, and managing day-to-day school operations to ensure a productive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record in educational administration.
- Experience in curriculum planning, educational strategy development, and academic standard implementation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff, students, and parents effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and policy development for the smooth operation of the school.
- Prior experience working as a Principal, Vice Principal, or in other leadership positions in a school setting.
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in international or Gulf region educational institutions is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of child development and diverse pedagogical approaches.
