Role purpose

Serves as senior functional and technology advisor for Order-to-Cash capabilities supporting install services, customer billing, rebates, and multifamily contract management.

Leads analysis and solution direction for complex cross-functional OTC processes.

Works across business, product, engineering, architecture, finance, implementation partners, and third-party providers.

Core responsibilities

  • Leads OTC process and system work, enterprise analysis, solution design, and business transformation.
  • Defines requirements, capabilities, future-state processes, and scalable process, data, integration, and technology solutions.
  • Evaluates solution options and resolves complex business, data, integration, process, and production issues.
  • Coordinates designs across order management, pricing, contracts, billing, rebates, finance, procurement, transportation, warehouse, installation, and external applications.
  • Sets practices for analysis, solution design, documentation, knowledge management, and requirements traceability.
  • Uses metrics and industry trends to guide continuous improvement, business cases, investment recommendations, and roadmaps.
  • Communicates strategy, impacts, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Partners on priorities, release strategies, organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term solution roadmaps; guides and mentors analysts.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution design, enterprise applications, or business process transformation.
  • Experience supporting OTC processes, including order management, contracts, billing, rebates, pricing, installation, or related functions.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, Project Systems, Vistex, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and designing solutions for large-scale business processes.
  • Experience translating business needs into requirements, process designs, roadmaps, and technology solutions.
  • Experience with ERP and other enterprise applications, integrations, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
