Role Description

  • 8–12 years of experience in AI, platform, or software engineering
  • Strong full-stack skills across React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, or Go
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, and multi-agent architectures
  • Expertise in APIs, microservices, vector databases, SQL, and NoSQL
  • Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
  • A strong ownership mindset across build, deployment, reliability, and run
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic AI applications at scale
  • Confidence in pre-sales and C-suite client engagement
  • Exposure to Banking and Financial Services preferred
  • Onsite in Minneapolis, MN preferred
