Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate qualifications or training in Business, Engineering or Project Management.
  • Minimum 4 + Years of experience in planning roles, preferably in a multi-disciplined engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of planning best practices.
  • Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Competent user of Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to promote cooperation at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Earned Value principles, systems and techniques.
  • Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis is considered beneficial.
  • Prior experience in Engineering or Defense industry is desirable.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and general data analysis competencies; familiarity with Power Query or BI tools is beneficial.
  • Able to obtain a Canadian security clearance and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program and ITAR.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Defence Sector.
  • Experience across the In-Service Support phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Experience working in a complex, multidisciplinary, multi-site organization.
  • PMI-Scheduling Professional designation, or similar credential
  • Special Position Requirements
  • Type of Role: Hybrid (Home/Office) – flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week but expected to be in office at least three days per week.
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Physical Environment: Office.
  • Travel: As required primarily within Canada.
  • Pay Transparency
  • The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is $80,000 to 125,000 CAD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
