Required skills and experience:
- A board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with demonstrated commitment to primary care
- Experience serving diverse patient populations, with a focus on delivering care that aligns with our mission to treat every member like family.
- You believe deeply in measuring and improving the quality of primary care delivery across a population.
- Desired skills and experience:
- Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers or other healthcare professionals is highly desired, though recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive innovation in a dynamic healthcare environment and/or run a clinical program is desired.
- Experience with virtual primary care is a plus but not required.
- Salary Range: $265,000 - $320,000/ year

- The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
