Pricing & Systems Analyst

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years commercial business experience within telecommunications or a technology-driven industry.
• Appreciation of internal controls needed in a production environment.
• Advanced knowledge of customer management and Retail billing systems.
• Understanding of business applications, interfaces and integrated operational environments.
• Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Well-developed configuration experience with the following systems:
• Oracle Siebel
• Oracle BRM
• Matrixx
• CSG Interconnect
• Salesforce CPQ
• Ideally, you will also have:
• Tertiary qualification in related discipline highly desirable
• Experience with enterprise class computer systems.
• Telecommunications experience.
• Technical and operational knowledge of Intercarrier, retail billing, rating, customer care, analytics, and product catalogue systems with the following systems is highly desirable:
• Comviva MBAS, Comviva VMS, SAS RTDM, Nokia Mediation
