Role Description
Designs, analyzes, and optimizes pricing models for services and projects to support sustainable profitability and competitiveness.
This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis and model different pricing scenarios.
- Prepare clear pricing recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align pricing with business objectives.
- Track performance against targets and refine pricing strategies based on data.
- Prepare pricing proposals and participate in client discussions when needed.
- Ensure pricing practices comply with internal policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, quantitative modeling, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to explain complex pricing concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foundational finance skills, including understanding cost structures, margins, and profitability analysis.
- Customer service and sales-related skills, including stakeholder management and support for client-facing teams with pricing proposals.
- Relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy in engineering, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with BI or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Abu Dhabi.
