Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Pricing Strategist (Revenue Manager) to optimise pricing and maximise revenue across our short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with and a strong understanding of market trends, demand forecasting, and competitive analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise nightly pricing using
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Analyse market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing
- Monitor booking pace, occupancy rates, and revenue performance
- Adjust pricing based on demand fluctuations, local events, and market conditions
- Set minimum stay requirements, last-minute discounts, and far-out pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align pricing with business goals
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
- Continuously test and refine pricing strategies to improve RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience using (ESSENTIAL)
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals / hospitality
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar OTAs
- Understanding of key metrics (ADR, occupancy rate, RevPAR)
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple properties or portfolios
- Knowledge of the Dubai short-term rental market
- Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, etc.)
- Background in hospitality, business, or finance
