Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Pricing & Sales Coordinator** with strong knowledge of **JCtrans and/or WCA networks** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will support the sales and operations teams by managing pricing inquiries, coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
This role requires someone who can independently communicate with international agents and manage shipments from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pricing inquiries via JCtrans, WCA, and other freight platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents
- Prepare competitive quotations (Air, Sea & Land freight)
- Coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery
- Generate AWBs, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Follow up with customers and agents regarding payments
- Support the sales team with coordination and operational updates
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
