Role Description
This is a full-time Pricing Head position for the Shipping & Logistics division at RIGHT KEY SHIPPING LLC, based on-site in Dubai.
The Pricing Head will be responsible for leading pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive pricing structures.
The role includes collaborating with sales and operations teams, preparing cost models, negotiating rates with carriers and service providers, and improving pricing processes to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Pricing Head will play a key role in driving solutions for client-specific requirements and ensuring operational efficiency in pricing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for pricing strategies and market trend analysis.
- Expertise in logistics operations, including sea, air, and land freight, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery services.
- Proficiency in negotiation, cost modeling, and strategic decision-making to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to engage with sales, operations teams, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy in pricing proposals.
- Familiarity with logistics regulations, customs processes, and trade compliance across key regions such as Dubai, JAFZA, China, and KSA.
- Prior experience in pricing roles within the shipping or logistics industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms beneficial for pricing analysis and logistics operations.
